Terms and Conditions of Labour TENS Rental

Please familiarise yourselves with these terms and conditions. Please note: Rental of a Baby Beats TENS signifies agreement with these terms and conditions.

Rentals are only available to UK customers at the present time. Customers from outside the UK, please email us with your enquiry at info@baby-beats.co.uk, or ring us on +44 (0) 845 458 1587.

We reserve the right to refuse any person a rental at our own discretion.

If there are no rental TENS available at the time of order, we will inform you immediately. You will then be able to choose between waiting for the next available TENS, or cancelling your agreement (at no cost to yourself).

Once the TENS has been delivered you have seven working days in which you can email us to cancel the rental. We will refund you in full but do ask that you pay the return registered postage or courier.

We must be kept informed of any changes to contact details. This includes your address, phone number and email address.

Non-return of a rental item is theft. If return of a TENS is two or more months late we will proceed with legal action to recover the equipment and monies owed. You will be liable for all costs incurred in this process, including a mandatory £30 administration fee.

The TENS remains the property of Baby Beats at all times except when the rental is converted into a sale.

You are responsible for the care of the TENS until it has been returned. You may keep the electrodes (unless you are cancelling your rental – see above). However, please return the TENS in its original packaging.

The TENS must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If the TENS requires repair or replacement not covered by the warranty, we may bill you for the repair or replacement.

If you decide to purchase the TENS the warranty will be back-dated to the start of the rental period. Warranty for an ex-rental TENS is one year.

When returning the TENS a service that provides a tracking number must be used. You must contact us with the tracking number at the time of dispatch. Please retain proof of postage for your own protection in the event of a dispute.
