Labour TENS

TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, and has sucessfully been used for many years by pregnant women and professional midwives to safety and effectively treat labour pain.

When your labour begins, apply the four pads to your back as shown in the instructions included and switch the unit on. You will feel a pleasant pulsing sensation. This will help to raise the level your own pain relieving chemicals (called endorphins). When experiencing a contraction, press the booster button again. That's it!
